Position Overview
Green Pharma Labs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & R&D Coordinator to support our sales and manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer orders move efficiently from product development → quote → production → delivery → reconciliation.
The Sales Coordinator works closely with Sales, Production, QA, Finance, and R&D to maintain accurate records, coordinate internal workflows, and ensure customers receive timely updates regarding their orders and deliveries.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working managing multiple projects, and serving as a key communication bridge between internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with preparation and entry of sales orders and quotes
Maintain accurate records in Odoo CRM and Sales modules
Complete and close Manufacturing Orders in Odoo after production and QA release
Track production status, shipment schedules, and delivery confirmations
Communicate shipment and delivery updates to customers
Reconcile order quantities, shipments, and invoices with customers
Maintain organized documentation for all orders and customer projects
Coordinate with internal teams including Production, QA, Finance, and R&D
Support new product development coordination between sales and R&D when needed
Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across departments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CRM or ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
